DIFFICULT BTS LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME

WE FREQUENTLY HAVE MIDDLE-AGED BTS NOT USUALLY BITCHES THAT NEED CAREFUL AND SPECIALISED ATTENTION HAVING BECOME AGGRESSIVE DUE TO BAD MANAGEMENT IN THE PAST.

IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO COPE WITH SUCH BTS PLEASE CONTACT US ON 01983 865 370.

AS AT 10TH FEBRUARY WE HAVE THREE SUCH BTS DESPERATELY LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME:

Jed is a four year old dog who would seem to be dog aggressive.  He wears a muzzle willingly which was discovered when somebody came to assess him in his current home.  He would need walking on a lead for some time before confidence was established.  He has been known to howl but this can be fairly easily stopped.  He needs a firm hand.  He is of good behaviour within the house.

Freddy has had a checkered career so far even though he is under two years old. He is currently in Hertfordshire and seems to dislike men.  He would also need to be kept on a lead for some time and trust and confidence would need to be established.

Maddi is a five year old bitch near Bognor.  She is not expected ever to be able to relate to another dog of either sex.  She is very overweight and despite having been in kennels on a strict diet for about eight weeks now she is not getting very much thinner.  She is cheerful with people and looking for a new home

AS AT 20TH FEBRUARY WE HAVE A FOURTH BT LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME:

Winnie is a delightful, affectionate, bouncy, if a little scruffy at times, 7 year old spayed BT bitch. She needs re-homing away from other dogs, cats and young children (generally because she is nervous and therefore 'over-reacts' to any sudden movements).

Winnie has a skin allergy too which is completely managed now by monthly immunology injections and a few daily pills put in her food.  An occasional flair up is easily treated with a simple course of antibiotics but this rarely happens now. This condition is fully covered by her insurance (except the prescription food) and it is fully transferable (I've checked!).

Winnie would be terribly rewarding to anyone who loves to walk (with a dog on a long extendable lead), play with balls in the garden endlessly and then cuddle up with their dog on the sofa!

OBVIOUSLY USUAL VETTING CRITERIA APPLY BUT THESE DOGS REQUIRE NEW FAMILIES MORE EXPERIENCED THAN THE NORM TO BE ABLE TO COPE WITH THESE BTS DIFFICULT CHARACTERS AND PROVIDE THEM WITH THE LOVE, CARE AND STABILITY THEY DESERVE JUST LIKE ANY OTHER BT.

WE SHALL KEEP THIS PAGE UP TO DATE AND PROVIDE YOU WITH THE DETAILS OF ANY BT LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME.
